Baked Chicken or Turkey


This recipe works great with either chicken or turkey. Place your meat in the oven on 350 for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes pour off the juice from the meat and add your favorite Momma G's BBQ sauce and seal the meat in the foil. Let cook for another 30 minutes and enjoy your juicy and flavorful meal!

Meatballs
Place frozen meatballs in oven and cook on 375 for 30 minutes. Pour off juice and soak in your favorite Momma G's sauce and either place in crock pot or back into over for another 20 minutes, let cool and enjoy!

Pork Butt
When cooked in a crock pot you'll find this to be delicious! Add water and vinegar in your crock pot and allow to cook on high overnight. In the morning pour off all juices and add your favorite Momma G's BBQ sauce and allow to cook for 45 minutes or until meat falls apart. This recipe will literally melt in your families mouths!

Meatloaf
Season meat normally, while mixing in bowl add 1/2 cup of your favorite Mommma G's sauce along with 1/2 cup of italian breadcrumbs. Garlic, onion slices and green peppers make a great topping as well. Place in oven on 350 for 45 minutes, remove and enjoy!

BBQ pigfeet
Clean well and boil pigfeet in pot with vinegar, water, onion, and pepper. Cook for 2hrs minutes then pour off water, add Momma G's sweet and spicy sauce, or if you like a little more spice add Habanero. Cook an additional 20 minutes, then enjoy!

Dipping Sauce
I find Momma G's great as a dipping sauce for nachos, or I'll add a bit of your sauce to my favorite salsa.

Ribs
Delicious in oven or on the grill! Marinate meat in your favorite brand of Momma G's BBQ sauce. Cook in oven on 350 for 90 minutes , remove from oven and add 1/2 cup more sauce. Place back in oven with ribs now sealed in the foil for another 15 minutes remove and enjoy!

Place on grill allowing to cook 25 minutes on each side. Brush with sauce routinely during the last ten minutes, remove from gril and place in pan adding more sauce and enjoy.

Dipping Sauce
I find Momma G's great as a dipping sauce for nachos, or I'll add a bit of your sauce to my favorite salsa.

Salad Dressing
I find Momma G's great on salads as well, delicious when added to ranch dressing!

Leftovers
Got some boring leftovers? I find it a great treat to slice up any left over chicken/beef etc. and simply pan fry it with my favorite flavor of Momma G's BBQ sauce.

Momma G's Meatloaf
You'll need
1 pound of ground beef or turkey
1 cup of Momma G's Salsa
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese
2 eggs (or 1 if using ground turkey) 1 cup of italian bread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, in a large bowl mix together ground beef, salsa, cheese, egg, and cracker crumbs. Form into loaf and place in prepared pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until done. Internal temperature should measure at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), the meat should be browned through, and the juices clear

Flank Steak
Prepare Flanksteak, add Momma G's Salsa. This dish is good with angel hair pasta or rice, add a salad and garlic bread and enjoy with a nice glass of wine.

Salmon
Bake Salmon in over on 350 for 15-20 mins, 3 minutes before finished remove and add Momma G's Mustard Madness and cook for an addition 4 minutes. Great with wild rice or rice and beans with a side salad.
